This great post on Choosing Home is worth taking a look at. They also recently dealt with women who are first generation christians, trying to raise their children differently than they were raised. Thought-provoking stuff.

Thanks for the link. That’s a great site. The article validated feelings I’ve had for years about mentors (lack of them). I especially liked the reminders to each group. I needed to be reminded that there are women behind me on the journey and that I can help. I don’t have to wait until I’m “older.” Another area to be a pioneer or cycle breaker in, huh?
