What a beautiful painting! I was just looking through some of our photo albums last night and realized how much I loved a picture of me kissing my oldest as a newborn. You can just see the amazing unfaltering love in my new mama face. There is nothing better then a mama in love with her baby!

Not the same one :-). This one is dead. She’s a favorite artist of mine; she does lots of mothers and children and captures the daily moments in a r profound way.
The current MC has a name with a great legacy attatched! Did she marry into it or is that her maiden name?

noher father’s last name was Cassatt which she inherited from him she died unmarried but she did have a close buisness relationship with Edgar Degas.
