Conscious Living....Deliberate Living. Deciding what I want to strive for and then setting goals to get there... "But the dreamers of the day are dangerous people because they think their dreams into reality with eyes wide open."

Wow...didn't know you were a Survivor fan. Remind me to tell you about my stint as a radio DJ broadcasting spoilers on the show. I was sent to NYC for the finale...ended up at the cast party at Tao restaurant and later on at AuBar with all of the Survivors. I have been in e-mail with a couple of them (ones that were special to me for one reason or another) for several years.

I don't do it anymore...just watch now...but still friends with several.

Sunday of Orthodoxy is one of my favorite Sundays. I always think of the men and woman, sans body parts they lost defending the Church's rights to icons, who unwrapped their hidden icons that first Sunday and paraded, icons held high and proud around their church...it has deep meaning to me...a convert who shunned imagery at one time.

It's not at all uncommon for younger siblings, especially boys, to talk later (sometimes much later) than other children. If you think there might be a reason for concern, check into possible allergies. I was recently tested and found out that I'm allergic to many things I've been eating. The reactions I experienced were not skin or respiatory related but rather chemical responses in the brain. Removing the offending foods from my diet has made a great difference in my mood and feelings. If interested, look up brain allergies on the internet. Besides, boys are meant to be boys and to bounce off walls. :-)

Don't sweat the ADHD advice from your doc -- she sees ADHD behind every tree. I will tell you a funny story about that, sometime.

WOW!!! Very cool to be contacted :-).

We do really like the show; it's hilarious and the Alec Baldwin/Tina Fey mix is brilliant. But both David and I would have the same hesitation....you'd certainly have not had any creative control and where they would have "taken" it could've just about been anywhere. That's a lot different than selling to any anonymous music minister.....

I did not tell you earlier....I was contacted on Thurs. by a person on staff at 30 Rock...they were doing a church sketch and needed two banners to be overnighted to them. I declined, as I didn't think I wanted to participate.....I really had so little to choose from as my stock is nearly nonexistent, but (and perhaps I prejudge here as I have not seen this show) every time I've have ever seen a comedy sketch in a church setting it has always been either sacreligious or puts down believers and I didn't want to be part of that. But it was a bit of a kick to be contacted by a network TV program anyway. What do you think having seen this program?
