		<description>I did!  I read the article, though I still need to look at the book.  It's one that I'd like to read, I think.  The article was really interesting. I can see the differences in the effect of the two mindsets in myself... I tend to be fixed in some areas, but in other areas more learning oriented (not sure I'm using the right term.).  And I see this in my children, too! It would be fun to talk about this.</description>
