The book is well worth reading, Tia! TED.com is great!

BTW- (don't know where to put this) I went to the Farmer's Market today and kept thinking of you! Will and I had a great dinner-- homemade hummus with whole wheat pita, and then all the fresh greens we bought at the Farmer's market made into a salad and topped with fresh, homemade feta we bought there, too. For dessert, fresh strawberries. It was so YUM!
