On Giving:
It is hard living on a tight budget when one has a generous heart…one constantly feels they have nothing to give. The solution: gardening. Grow food and there will be an abundance to give.

This is a great spin for us gardeners out there. I like gardening for the activity sake. But there is something satisfying at an almost primal level about giving away food you grew in your garded.
It’s also an inexpensive gift - virtually free, that doesn’t seem free. That can be our little secret

Hi Brad~ I always feel happy when I can hand someone something I grew… a labor of love made tangible more than almost anything else I can think of to give.
