		<description>Here's a hint you may or may not know for popcorn ceilings (if you have any left).  If the ceiling is unpainted use a back pack sprayer full of water to get the ceiling damp.  Then use a big 6 or 12 in puty knife to scrape it off. It just falls right off.</description>
