I almost said "the police...let me guess, troublesome neighbors?" Ours called the county when we had dirt delivered out front this summer because they "were concerned about right of way" which really means ...."ewww, there's a bunch of dirt out there and it's ugly and I don't want to have to see that and make them get rid of it asap." So dh, trying to get it moved asap, worked on it until late that night (on a bobcat) - well, until they came outside and chewed him out for "keeping them up and not having any respect for his neighbors." "with these folks if it's not one thing it will be something else" - Yep, exactly. Totally kwym. I pray for them to say busy too. Hang in there. The police were here just because we had another case of meddlesome neighbors who can't find enough of their own business to mind. This time she claimed our dog bit her car bumper. In the end, it was just a headache to have mid-week. Our dog is our business and we're taking care of it; her car is her business and she's looking for someone else to foot her bill. We have learned that with those folks, if it's not one thing it will be something else so I'm praying they'll have very busy, very consuming days. ;-) LOL!
