I adore Yuengling, they don't sell it here in Montana, yet, but growing up & living in Pennsylvania I have a huge appreciation for this fine brew. I can completely relate to stress snacking, good for you that you're finding a balance between it and running, however....

Tia,

I really wish you had not told me about those Doritos (grin).
One of my craving foods is cheese curls. I could eat a whole bag at one sitting. Oh, I'd regret it shortly afterwards, but it's almost worth it!

My husband LOVES Yeungling. They don't sell it in Indiana though. So whenever he goes on a business trip to a state that does, I can bet on him bringing home a trunkload of Yeungling cases. He just recently ran out. Sounds like a trip to the mountians of Tennessee may be in order! :)

Hi, I've been reading you for a few months. I'm glad you blogged your snack bliss--it's cute and honest and made me laugh. The post belies a bit of pluck to your personality that will serve you well over the coming year. I know you will likely hit miserable lows and manic highs, but overall, you are working your way toward a better life, and making the best decisions you are able for yourself and your family. Those who would criticize have not walked in your shoes.

I don't know you but sometimes it helps to blab to caring strangers. If you ever want to drop an email with a rant (or reflection), you are most welcome to fill my inbox. I'm here, Internet Friend. (Oh, I'm a Unitarian, if that matters or not).
