I enjoyed reading about your cupcakes. Last Month, my daughter who is away in Medical School had a birthday. I sent her favorite, Coconut cupcakes. In a separate container I put the frosting, so she could frost as she eats. That was a real hit, and she needed some childhood comfort food at that time. My son recently celebrated his birthday too. I made up chocolate cupcakes and vanilla bean frosting (separate) and brought along gummy worms for decoration (a walk down memory lane for him) We were able to hand deliver these.
