		<description>I'm glad the sour cream worked.  I have used sour cream in place of the called for liquid and have had great results.  I think I could just eat the batter for your cupcakes without baking them.  I think it goes back to my childhood.  My mother could scrape a bowl and clean off the beaters better than anyone I've ever known.  There was never any reason to hang around the kitchen hoping to lick the beaters or the bowl.  So now I just save about 1/4 cup of batter and eat it.  Batter up!!</description>
