1) My Book Club went to see “Sex and the City” together - I’d never seen the show, but it was a fun night. I want to see “Burn Before Reading”
2) Duffy’s “Rockferry” - I really love the bass line on the new Death Cab for Cutie song, I may have to pick up the album.
3) I’m working on the “Canterbury Papers” by Judith Knolly Healey - I love Eleanor of Aquitaine, so’ll read anything about her. Up next, for Book Club is “East of Eden” - I’ve somehow never read it. I most often read in bed, but also in the car during sports practice, on the treadmill, or on the couch. Anywhere really.
4)I’ve been buying goat cheese lately and having a lot of fun using it.

I want the Deathcab CD too but I was debating just getting that one song off itunes. Let me know if you end up liking the whole thing? We have similar taste in music!
I’ve been playing with goat cheese too. A friend made me lamb chops and we had a soft, spreadable cheese that we melted over the top. And then another time we tried “Drunken Goat” cheese with wheat crackers…it’s got wine in the cheese. Very YUM. I love how versatile having a small chunk of can be because a little goes a long way!

# What was the last movie you watched? Next one you want to?
Last one I watched most of was an indy movie called “Love That Boy.” Very cute. Next one I want to see? Hmmm..I think I’ll watch something Japanese, because I’ve been loving jdrama and jmovies lately.
# What was your most recent music purchased? Next one?
Well, technically it was free, but it was through amazon. The Exposition Song from Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Next? No clue. Again, probably something Japanese and boybandy. Probably Arashi.
# Whatcha reading? And where do you most enjoy sitting and reading?
The Tightwad Gazette, nonfiction. Fiction is a reread of Lois McMaster Bujold’s Vorkosigan novel - Komarr.

Nope, have been very boring music wise lately.

1.) Last movie i watched “about a boy”, it had been awhile. I want to see “Burn Before Reading”
2.) The Republic Tigers, and Brooke Waggoners new cd. By the way Death Cabs newer album is very good, however I prefer Plans (the album before).
3.)I am starting to read “The Hunger Games” by Suzanne Collins. I enjoy reading anywhere. There is a certain spot on my couch that sucks me in. I sit next to the window, and im gone into a different world. Love it!
4.) The food world is boring for me right now. My garden is gone so no more fresh, lush veggies.

1.) “Penelope”. Watched it with my daughter. Loved it. Would actually consider buying it if she asks me for it. Such a positive message, and in a story I would watch again. Want to see “Burn After Reading” next.
2.) “Don’t Wait Too Long”, Madeleine Peyroux, and “Fairytale of New York”, The Pogues Featuring Kirsty MacColl
3.) Feeling escapist right now, so am reading my way through Jim Butcher’s Harry Dresden series. Will pick up my Econ books again in a week or two, when they become fun again. I love to read on the patio, with coffee or tea in the morning, or a glass of wine at night.
4.) Back on a curry kick again, when I’m not eating loads of mango and avocado in honey ginger dressing.

I’m so excited to see the good recommendation on Death Cab’s new album.
I’m tempted to just buy the song, though, I admit.
